It's my second time in Casa Bacobo and I really enjoyed my stay. I booked the petite double room and it was spacious and bed was really comfortable. Clean room and bathroom. Towels and bedsheets are clean as well. It was so nice to watch TV because it has almost 140 channel (Thanks to the team who upgraded the TV during that time). Casa Bacobo team are helpful and will always help with a smile. The guards and the front desk never fail to greet me whenever they see me entering / leaving the hotel. What I like most about Casa Bacobo is their warm and hospitable attitude. They care about the guest and they are responsive. In terms of safety, I prefer to stay in this hotel. Especially if you are coming home late at night. I stayed in different hotel near the area but Casa Bacobo is the BEST in service and quality. Thank you once again and Merry Christmas.

The hotel is close to everything. Staff are friendly, specially the guards on duty (they always greet every guest). Housekeeping and front desk team are always courteous. They are accomodating and approachable. 2nd day of stay, wifi is under repair but they informed me and it was fixed within few hours. I prefer staying in this hotel rather than other hotel in the area because it is less noisy at night. This hotel is also a walking distance to Robinsons Manila and puregold.

Near to St Lukes extension clinic, Few minutes drive to Intramuros, Next to Rizal park. Walking distance to Robinsons mall. The hotel security is excellent. Always taking notes who are coming in and out of the hotel. All staffs will greet you with a smile. The staffs are attentive to all your requests.

It was close to everything you need and SLEC which is my main reason for that travel and stay. The staffs are very well guest relations oriented from Security - Front Desk to Housekeeping. Im a Guest Service Manager so I can say that this Hotel trained their staffs exquisitely!
